Terms of Use
Updated October 2, 2026.
Using Sparrow
Use Sparrow only with an account and church access you are authorized to hold. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share credentials with other users. Your church administrator determines your role and access to church records.
Records and financial actions
You are responsible for checking the donor, amount, currency, fund and other details before approving an action. Preserve accurate records and use available corrections rather than concealing financial history. Do not use the service to access another church’s records without permission.
AI assistance
AI answers and proposals can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before use. Sparrow is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice. An AI response alone is not approval to make a financial change.
Mobile previews and availability
Current mobile previews include synthetic Sample Church records and features still in development. Sample balances are illustrative, and a feature shown in a preview may not support live writes or payments. Review the release notes before relying on a feature. Service availability and supported features may change as the product develops.
App license and privacy
Apple’s applicable app license and TestFlight terms govern distribution through Apple’s services. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
